CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and tools to provide, install, maintain, and service various types of glass, glazing, and mirrors on an as-needed basis at City-owned facilities. This includes, but is not limited to: replacement, boarding up, cutting, assembly, and installation of various types of glazing, framework, tempered glass, mirrors, extruded metal frames, store fronts, and glass doors, as well as application of all types of window tinting. The scope includes work at City Facilities, as well as at City-leased tenant properties. Contractor shall be willing and able to make the City's emergency requests a priority, and shall respond to any emergency City request in a timely fashion. Upon City's request, each engagement for services may be billed on a time and materials basis, at the rates set forth. Alternatively, upon City's request for additional services, each engagement for additional service will be set forth in writing with a not-to-exceed amount to be approved by the City in writing before any work, billing, or demand for payment will be initiated.
