Site work for a mixed-use development in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The scope of work includes: 1. Site Preparation, Demolition, and Erosion Control which includes mobilization, tree clearing, tree trimming, grubbing, sawcut existing pavement, removing and disposing existing riprap, removing and stacking existing stone wall, and installing erosion control barriers. 2. Basin Re-grading which includes removing existing gravel trench and PVC underdrain, removing existing PVC pipe and risers, temporary construction dewatering, all earthwork required to re-grade the proposed basins, and installation of new overflow stone spillway and riprap channel. Basin re-grading activities are anticipated to generate 450 cubic yards of material export. 3. Storm Drainage Pipe Installation which includes installing one (1) catch basin, 128 linear feet of 18-inch HDPE pipe, two (2) outlet control structures, 38 linear feet of 24-inch HDPE pipe, two flared end sections and associated stone protection, two (2) antiseepage collars, 443 linear feet of 18-inch HDPE pipe, two (2) drain manholes and covers, one connection to an existing manhole, and all associated appurtenances, excavation, dewatering, and backfill. 4. Site Restoration which includes resetting the existing stone wall, paving the existing driveway, all work associated with restoration of the 14 Hazel Road easement, and loam and seed disturbed areas. EMC Park Stormwater Improvements. The scope of work includes: rehabilitating and re-grading existing basins, installing new overflow stone spillway and riprap channel, and installing approximately 600 linear feet of storm drainage pipe and the associated drainage system. Site preparation, demolition, erosion control, and site restoration will be necessary, including all work associated with the restoration of the 14 Hazel Road easement.
