Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Simsbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Simsbury is soliciting bids for CONCRETE SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT HOPMEADOW STREET 2023, materials, equipment necessary for the removal and replacement of approximately 2000 LF of concrete sidewalk, topsoiling and reseeding to establish lawn, and installation of ADA compliant concrete sidewalk ramps and related work as specified. This project is subject to State of Connecticut Prevailing Wage requirements. Contractors must comply with the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Contractor Prequalification Program for any contract over $100,000. The classification for which construction contractors are being sought is as follows: Heavy/Highway Construction. Any questions about this project should be directed to: Mr. Thomas J. To receive consideration, such questions must be received at least five (5) business days before the established date for receipt of bids. No oral interpretations shall be made to any respondent as to the meaning of any of the bid documents. Every request for an interpretation shall be made in writing.
