Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Saratoga, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The construction of a weathered steel and wood bridge spanning Aubry Creek in Sanborn County Park located at the confluence of Sanborn Creek. The bridge shall be an approximately 50' to 60' span, multi-use, pre-engineered and prefabricated weathered steel stringer bridge with wood decking and handrails based on the typical details included in the CA State Parks Trails Handbook - Chapter 16 (Trails Handbook) and per permit requirements, including wood soil dam/ mud sill abutments. The construction drawings supersede the typical details in the Trails Handbook and are site-specific for this project. The bridge is intended to be multi-use including pedestrian, bicycle, and equestrian uses and engineered accordingly for loads and clearances. The scope of work for the project will include tree protection, equipment and materials staging and storage, temporary use and protection of public trails, erosion and sediment control best management practices (no SWPPP), excavation, and fine grading, as shown in the bid documents and as directed by the Department Representative and Qualified Biologist (SCC Parks NRM representative).
