Renovation of an educational facility in Mankato, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of the lighting retrofit and replacement in public areas and student rooms in the Margaret Preska Residence Community. The Architect/Engineer and/or College/University Representatives will review the bidding procedures, Bidding Documents and other conditions with interested Bidders and answer questions. To clarify, this requirement does not require a Contractor to be licensed unless their specific trade requires licensing. This new requirement only requires that Contractors be registered with DLI.
