Furnishing of All Labor, Materials, Tools, Equipment, Transportation, Supervision, and the Complete Performance of All Work Specified in the Contract for- Crawford Park Improvement Project - The Scope of the Work Involves Demolition and Construction to an Existing Concession Building and Walking Path to Play Area on Various Parcels #0723-100 Through #0723-223 Located at 122 South Porter Street, Waynesburg, Pa in Franklin Township, Greene County. Bids Must Be Made on Standard Proposal Forms, in the Manner Designated Therein, and Required by the Specifications, Must Be Enclosed in Sealed Envelopes, Bearing the Name and Address of the Bidder and the Name of the Project on the Outside, Addressed to Franklin Township and Must Be Accompanied by a Non-collusion Affidavit and a Bid Bond or Certified Check for Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Base Amount Bid, and Be Delivered at the Place on or Before the Time Named Above. Please Be Advised, the Project Will Be Funded, in Part, by State Funds From the Bureau of Recreation and Conservation Community Conservation Partnerships Grant Program. Therefore, This Project Will Be Subject to Specific Grant Compliance Requirements as Outlined in the Bid Package.
