Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of June 6, 2023, construction is underway and expected to be completed by September 30, 2023. Paving and Utility Rehab/Reconstruction On Northern Pacific Avenue North from 10th Street to 8th Street. COMPRISING: South 51-1/3 feet of Block 24. All in Robert's 2nd Addition. Lots A thru M, a Subdivision of Lots 1, 2, 3, 14, 15, 16, & 17 of Block 7 and the adjacent vacated alley. The south 17 feet of the east 81 feet of Lot 13 and the adjacent vacated alley. All in Robert's Addition. Lots 1 through 6, inclusive All in Hagaman's (Subdivision of West 1/2 of Block 6 Roberts Addition). Scope- replacement of the water main and services, sanitary sewer main and services, storm sewer main and inlet leads, concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk, driveways, and street scape. . All work included in the contract must be fully completed on or before September 30, 2023. Purpose The existing water main is cast iron pipe (CIP), which was installed over 100 years ago and is being replaced with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) to minimize impacts and costs associated with breaks. The estimated cost of construction is $2,386,307.00. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
