Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Manchester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The right is reserved to waive any informalities in or reject any or all proposals and to accept the bid that is deemed most favorable to the interest of the City of Manchester Reconstruction of approximately 2,400 SY of existing asphalt and concrete sidewalks to be replaced with concrete sidewalk and brick-colored stamped concrete sidewalk. o Removal of existing sidewalk; o Construction of ADA-compliant sidewalk ramps with detectable surfaces; o Reset and install granite curbing as needed; o Crosswalk striping, as required; o Re-construct one concrete tree planter on Elm Street, in front of Veteran's Park; o Remove and reset existing wrought iron fence along Veteran's Park; o Reset of any and all related appurtenances; o Incidental construction needed to complete the project.
