This project to build an integrated student services support center. The center will modernize, streamline and holistically support the student experience, while improving efficiency and service. The physical center will reduce student telephone inquiries; reduction in case load and increase productivity; improve overall retention and persistence; reduction of student related bad debt. The work will be done in accordance with the plans and project manual. Contractor to provide detailed construction schedule according to the phases required: Ph1A - partial demolition (by UNT - not part of bid) Ph1B - Build back Substantial completion of 1st floor Registrar and 2nd floor Financial Aid by July 14 Ph2 - Demo and build back of ISSC Center 2nd floor from 7/17 - 10/6 Ph3A - 1st floor Student Accounting finishes upgrade 10/9 - 12/1 Ph3B - 1st and 2nd floor corridors/lobbies and restroom upgrades 12/4 - 1/5.
