Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Newmarket, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the "Owner") to prospective Respondents to submit proposals for Pony Drive Reconstruction and 2023 Road Resurfacing as further described in Part II of the RFP Particulars being (the "Deliverables"). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding. The Contractor shall perform all Work covered by the following Specifications. The Work includes, but not limited to, full depth excavation and reconstruction for approximately 1,000m of Pony Drive from Stellar Drive to Harry Walker Parkway including construction of new storm drainage system, new 1800x 900mm concrete box culvert, new concrete sidewalk on one side of Pony Drive, ditch cleaning and regrading where required, full depth road reconstruction & asphalt paving and pavement markings. It also includes 40mm depth asphalt grinding and resurfacing of Ringwell Drive and Kerrisdale Boulevard including restoration of all disturbed areas.
