The Mini-Multiple Award Construction Contract (Mini-MACC) to perform minor construction, facility repair/alteration, and real property repair/alteration projects on an as needed basis. The primary work will consist of multiple disciplines in general construction categories of on-base facilities for JBER, Alaska. This requirement is geared primarily towards repair/alteration projects but may also be used to perform new construction projects. The solicitation is issued as a Total Small business set-aside. This solicitation will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Department of Defense (DoD) FAR Supplement Procedures, Guidance and Information Subpart 215.3, and Air Force FAR Supplement (AFFARS) Mandatory Procedure (MP) 5315.3. Contract value between $2,000.00 and NTE $150,000,000.00 for the life of the contract - 5-year Base period. The Government anticipates award of up to 5 contracts. NAICS 236220 Size Standard $45M. Any questions, whether technical or contractual in nature, shall be submitted in writing. Questions will be consolidated and responses will be issued as an amendment to the solicitation which will be posted to www.SAM.gov. No further questions will be addressed on this project after this date.
