JR/SR HIGH SCHOOL - SED CONTROL NO. 41-19-02-04-0-008-017 MEMORIAL PARK ELEMENTARY - SED CONTROL NO. 41-19-02-04-0-003-018 BUS GARAGE - SED CONTROL NO. 41-19-02-04-5-001-011 The project includes General, Plumbing and Electrical Construction Contracts for work at the Jr/Sr High School, Memorial Park Elementary School, and Bus Garage for Waterville Central School District. Upon request for bidding documents; provide Bidder's company name, Bidder's business and shipping address (if different), Contact person(s), Telephone number, Fax number, and E-mail address for the individual responsible for receiving Addendums. The Board of Education, above named, reserves the right to waive any irregularity and reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit, with his Bid, security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and attached wage rates schedule to be paid under this Contract. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within forty-five (45) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The Board of Education further reserves its right to disqualify Bidders for any material failure to comply with the "Instructions to Bidders".
