Renovation of a mixed-use development in Livingston, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Livingston Union School District, LUSD, of Livingston, CA, acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive sealed bids for the following project: Site work for the installation of (9) portable buildings & conc. pads for (3) shade structures to be located on (3) different school sites - Campus Park, Selma Herndon & Yamato Colony Schools - Livingston, CA Scope of work shall include: Site demolition, grading & drainage and building pad preparation. Installation of concrete walkways & pads, asphalt paving and electrical power & fire alarm systems and window coverings Note: The portable buildings shall be provided and installed by AMS Modular. The work shall be performed within the following time frame: (60 days) & must be completed by June 30, 2023. The District has determined the general prevailing rate to be the per diem wages for each craft or type of workman or mechanic needed to execute this contract as set forth in the collective bargaining agreements for Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Merced Counties, California. COMPLIANCE MONITORING: This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations, Office of the Labor Commissioner. Copies of all collective bargaining agreements relating to the work are on file and available for inspection in the office of the California Department of Industrial Relations, Division of the Labor Statistics and Research, 455 Golden State Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102, (415-703-4780), In compliance with SB 854, no Contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. In addition, no contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. A valid Type A and/or B - Contractors License will be required. Bids must be returned in a sealed envelope, identified by the bid title "Site Work for (9) Portable Classroom Buildings & (3) Shade Structures" and bearing the name and address of the proposer. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening.
