**As of April 26, 2023, project was awarded to J.R. Swigart Company, Inc. but awarded amount is not available.** This Project will consist of replacing the entire existing roof system of approximately 10,000 square feet, including main TPOflat roof, metal rotunda roof, and metal vaulted roof, with new roof system. CMC has also issued an Invitation to Bid for a HVAC Replacement Project (ITB 2023-2). The successful Offeror may need to confer and coordinate services with the successful Offeror on ITB 2023-2. Zid Bond, payable to CMC in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the total amount (100%) Question Deadline 03/22/2023 at 2:00 PM PT Deadline for solicitation protests, requests for change, requests for clarification, requests for Brand name/product substitutions, and questions. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
