The City of Jasper is accepting sealed bids Structure Demolition and Site Cleanup. The Scope of Work shall include all removal of contents, demolition of structure, and removal of structural debris for the wooden barn Construction activities include, but are not limited to; site content removal, demolition of structure, and removal of debris from contents and/or structure. All prices will be inclusive of labor, tools, equipment, disposal, and hauling. Proposers shall inform themselves of all conditions under which the work is to be performed, concerning the site of the work, the structure of the ground, the obstacles which may be encountered, and all other relevant matters concerning the work to be performed. Proposers shall submit W-9, E-Verify/Save Affidavit, and Evidence of Insurance. A proposer to whom a contract is awarded will not be allowed any extra compensation by reason of any such matters or things concerning which the proposer did not inform himself prior to proposing. The successful proposer must employ, as far as possible, such methods and means in carrying out of this work in a timely manner. All work shall be completed with 60 days.
