Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Rockford, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of constructing the following: Site preparation, removals, and earthwork necessary for the construction of (8) eight post tension pickleball courts including: chainlink fencing, striping, HMA bike path, culvert, concrete bumper blocks, lighting, signage, concrete sidewalks, benches, trash & recycling, bleachers, bike racks, trees, turf restoration. Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Contract documents may be examined online or at the offices of: Prein&Newhof, 3355 Evergreen Drive NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 Questions related to the project shall be directed to Matthew G. Levandoski. at 616-588-9018 or via email at mlevandoski@preinnewhof.com All work shall be completed by October1, 2023. Post-Tensioned concrete shall be completed by June 1, 2023 to allow 60 days for concrete to dry before commencing court painting. The project shall be substantially complete by October 1, 2023 and have final completion by October 13, 2023.
