Furnish all labor, material, equipment, and services required to perform the work described in the below specifications at Horry County High School Baseball fields for Irrigation Lip Renovation at nine baseball fields. Fraze mowing removes shallow rooted weeds and undesirable grasses from the upper profile of the soil leaving strongest grass to generate.
