Note: Paving and Seal Coating jobs over $100,000 are prevailing wage. All Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid, made payable to Swatara Township. Bids will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder after legal review. The public is invited to attend. Swatara Township has the right to reject any or all bids. LOCATION OF WORK: Swatara Township, Lebanon County paving North Mill Street from SR 22 to Mowery Road - 1.46 miles and with an average width of 22 feet DESCRIPTION OF WORK:Furnish and place 1.5" of 9.5MM Wearing Course, PG 64-S22, 0.0.3 million ESAL's, SRL and to include tack coat. Paving notches and sealing all joints and furnish and 1/2" of 9.5mm Scratch Coat, PG 64.S22, 0.0.3 million ESAL's , SRL-M.
