Renovation of a municipal facility in Newton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County of Sussex is looking to provide the County with licensed and/or qualified tradesmen and/or helper(s) and/or laborer(s) to make repairs, alterations, or improvements to existing County facilities. The type of work to be done will include all types of ventilating / air conditioning / heating /HVAC-controls / electrical / carpentry /masonry / plumbing / roofing and waterproofing work and may encompass replacement, additions, enhancements, or changes to existing systems in all County owned facilities According to law for Bid: Roofing and Waterproofing. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the BID/RFP specifications, be either submitted through Bonfire or enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the vendor and the proposal title being submitted, and mailed or hand-delivered to the Sussex County Proposal Committee at the address above. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. All questions/inquiries concerning this proposal must be made via the Bonfire portal. Any addenda will be posted on the Bonfire portal.
