Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include electronic bonds. NYS Finance Law restricts communication with NYSDOT on procurements and contact can only be made with designated persons. Contact with non-designated persons or other involved Agencies will be considered a serious matter and may result in disqualification. Project related technical questions or comments must be submitted through the Construction Contracting section of the Business Center on the NYSDOT website. The project will utilize Concrete Pavement Restoration (CPR) techniques to repair the concrete pavement followed by diamond grinding to restore pavement rideability and prevent deterioration. Current project schedule is for construction to begin in the Summer of 2023 and be completed by the end of the 2023 construction season.
