The Borough is located in northeastern Allegheny County along the west bank ofthe Allegheny River approximately eight miles northeast ofthe downtown area ofthe City ofPittsburgh. 9. CLEANUP The Contractor shall be responsible for regular cleaning up ofthe premises. All refuse, dirt, rubbish, and trash of any kind shall be removed regardless of who may have left same. All such dirt and debris shall be removed from the Owner's property. All removedmaterials and equipment, which may have salvageable value, will remain the property ofthe Owner, unless otherwise advised by the Owner. 3. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The work under this project includesthe furnishing ofall labor, materials, and equipment required forthe performance of all rehabilitation as indicated in the Contract Documents. The work essentially includes site preparation, milling ofexisting bituminous pavement and additional site grading, placement ofadditional subbase material and compaction storm inlet construction and placement of PVC piping, placement of bituminous pavement, , and all required restoration, and all other related appurtenances
