Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Niceville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Project is to resurface approximately 3500 square feet of Spray Park area with slip resistant surfacing that has a 5 year or better useful lifespan and color retention. Time to completion will be a factor in the award of this project. The City of Niceville wishes to have this project completed as soon as is reasonably possible. The award of this contract is subject to Chapter 112, Florida Statutes, which requires any Bidder to declare any and all conflicts of interest. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interest of the Owner will thereby be promoted. The Owner further reserves the right to negotiate price and time with the low bidder.
