Description: Roanoke County is issuing an informal request for bids from qualified vendors to provide repairs to flood damage at Bent Mountain Library (10148 Tinsley Lane, Bent Mountain, VA 24059). All questions must be submitted in writing before 5:00 p.m., March 17, 2023. SERVICES AND/OR ITEMS REQUIRED A description and/or listing of the services and/or items that the Successful Bidder will be required to provide to the County under this IIFB are those that are set forth below and/or referred to in any way in the sample contract, any terms and conditions, and/or any attachments referred to in this IIFB. Each Bidder should carefully read and review all such documents. The following are the services and/or items that the Successful Bidder shall provide to the County of Roanoke: A. Repairs to flood damage at Bent Mountain Library, to encompass the following scope of work: a. Sheetrock repairs and wall paint throughout the building b.
