Renovation of a municipal facility in Dunlap, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Sequatchie County Executive's Office will accept bids for the replacement of (2) two new Gas Package HVAC units. Bids must include but not limited to: Disconnect, removal, and disposal of two existing units, furnish and installation of adapter curbs and (2) two new units including crane services. Furnish and install all materials required to adapt existing electrical and gas piping. All bids must be sealed and marked "Justice Center HVAC" and returned to the County Execu- tive's Officece by 12 Noon on Friday, March 31, 2023. Sequatchie County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
