The mandate consists mainly of the work of: Line marking; Spot marking; Cleaning of the places after marking. The Successful Bidder will carry out the necessary and previously authorized operations in order to carry out the contract entrusted to it according to the planned schedule. Any preparation or related activity necessary to obtain the results mentioned or intended must be considered as an integral part of the contract. The schedule must take into account the following constraints: The date for awarding the tagging contract is scheduled for April 11, 2023; The date for the start of the work is scheduled for April 2023 , after receipt of the City's resolution awarding the marking contract and attesting to the start of the work; The target date for completion of work in school zones and bike paths is May 10, 2023 . This date cannot be postponed without written authorization from the city. It is the contractor's responsibility to have his delay approved before the deadline. Target date for completion of all work is July 17, 2023 or earlier. Depending on weather conditions, the target dates will be moved. It is the successful bidder's responsibility to inform the city's project manager to receive approval for moving deadlines.
