Road resurfacing is a program to rehabilitate roads and sidewalks. Selected locations have some structural imperfections such as depressions, moderate to severe rutting and potholes, along with general failure of the existing pavement surface such as weathering, segregation and cracking. Resurfacing will increase the structural stability of the road and improve drainage and ride by realigning the profile of the road. The 2023 Road Resurfacing project includes asphalt milling, then new pavement structure on the road and concrete preservation on sidewalks and curbs within the project limits. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded April 2023 The ITT timetable is tentative only and may be changed by the City at any time. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of until October 31, 2023. Pre-Bid Meeting N/A The respondent shall provide with their submission, a Letter of Surety, executed under Seal by a Surety Company. Consent of Surety, are required in a digital format, and must be must be verifiable by the Owner. A Scanned Copy of the Consent of Surety will not be accepted.
