The Successful Proponent shall supply and install vinyl wall covering in the residential rooms for 20 floors at Chestnut Residence. Generally, each floor has thirty-two (32) rooms plus one (1) Don Suite (2 rooms). Chestnut currently has 196 rolls of vinyl wall covering which shall be provided to the Successful Proponent. The Successful Proponent shall be utilizing this current stock of vinyl wall covering first and shall provide the rest of the same vinyl wall covering required for uniformity to complete the work. The implementation of this project upgrade shall be done in phases. This approach is to utilize the summer months when most of the students are away while accommodating current residents as well as to allow for annual budget approval and allocation. The implementation shall be done every year for a period of seven (7) years. The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation: N/A This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s): The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19 The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9 The term of the agreement is one (1) year with an option to extend to six (6) 1-year terms.
