The scope of work includes, but is not limited to; removal and replacement of existing roof membrane at the RWRF Administration Building. A 100 percent Payment Bond and 100 percent Performance Bond for all public works contracts must be filed with the Contract Documents and approved by the City before the Contractor enters upon performance of the Work.
