The Southington Board of Education is seeking pricing for contracted custodial services at three public school sites. The services requested in this bid will be awarded for three school years: Year 1 - 2023-24; Year 2 - 2024-25 and Year 3 -2025-26. All terms, conditions, requirements, and procedures included in the bid invitation must be met for a bid to be acceptable. If a bidder fails to meet any material terms, conditions or requirement of this invitation, its bid may be deemed incomplete or unresponsive and may be disqualified. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any/all proposals submitted and/or to award in part or in whole any bid submitted if it is felt the actions are in the best interest of the Southington School System. All decisions are to be considered final without recourse by the bidders. Bids to be considered must be submitted on the sheets contained in this bid. The Board of Education reserves the right to amend or terminate this bid, accept all or any part of this bid, reject all bids, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a bid, and award the bid to the bidder who, in the schools' judgment, will be in the schools' best interests.
