Phased renovation of 130,000SF of existing 1959 Waukesha County Courthouse, including partial demolition and 63,000sf of addition to the Main Entry and the North-South wing, and 7,000sf renovation of the County Board space in the Administration Building. This project includes demolition; site work; precast structure; building enclosures systems both new and repair/cleaning/replacement of existing; interior construction and finishes; detention equipment; new fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and low voltage systems; audio visual; and furniture.
