However, this contract will be assigned to the Contractor responsible for the construction of the new primary school in Sainte-Brigitte-de-Laval. The latter will be responsible for coordinating the installation of the property acquired. By submitting a bid, the Tenderer irrevocably and unconditionally accepts that the rights and obligations of the PUBLIC BODY arising from the contract to be entered into, be transferred to the General Contractor chosen by the Public Body. The supplier must demonstrate that he holds a contractor's license issued under the Quebec Building Act (RLRQ, c. B-1.1), attesting that he has the sub-category(s) required for the performance of the work described in the tender documents, with subcategory 11.2 Special equipment and products contractor. The work should be carried out at the beginning of August 2023. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
