Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brant, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This Tender is open to pre-qualified contractors for the replacement of approximately 700m of trunk sewers with increased pipe diameters ranging from 525mm to 1050mm. The entirety of the project is within a residential neighborhood in Paris. Wastewater flows will need to be maintained throughout the project by implementing a comprehensive by-pass pumping plan. Included in the project scope will be the reconstruction of the existing roadway, concrete barrier curb and the addition of a concrete sidewalk (approximately 1.1km).
