As of August 14 2023, construction is underway, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Basin and swale improvements including site grading, water quality improvements, and landscaping Clarification Deadline: 4/7/2023 4:00 PM The Stormwater Authority of Upper Allen Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Upper Allen Township Stormwater Authority. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Upper Allen Township Stormwater Authority in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project one hundred sixty (160) calendar days. Upper Allen Township Stormwater Authority reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time. Interested subcontractors should contact the general contractor directly for more information.
