Question Deadline: Thu Apr 6, 2023 12:00:00 PM (EDT) Duration in months: 33 For the supply and delivery of cast iron or galvanized steel catch basin frames, grates, and covers as and when required by the Roadway Maintenance Section of the City of Hamilton. There is no bid security, performance security or labour and material payment security required for this Request for Tenders. There are no scheduled site meetings for this Request for Tenders. In accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code, Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2001 (ODA) and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), the City of Hamilton will accommodate for a disability, ensuring full and equitable participation throughout the bid process. If a Bidder requires this Request for Tenders in a different format to accommodate a disability, the Bidder must contact the Procurement Specialist as soon as possible and in any event prior to the closing date. The Request for Tenders in the different format will be issued only to the requesting Bidder and all Addenda will be issued in such different format only to the requesting Bidder. This Request for Tenders is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
