Reference number : 1703424 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-27 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The municipality of Saint-Neree-de-Bellechasse requires tenders for repair work on chemin du Lac Vert over approximately 350 m. The work includes, but is not limited to, the decontamination of the existing foundation and the installation of a granular foundation over a length of +- 350 m, the construction and reshaping of ditches as well as the replacement of two ( 2 ) TBA culverts. Please note that the work planned on Chemin du Lac Vert will be carried out as part of the TECQ. They are therefore conditional on obtaining financial assistance from this program as well as funding from the Municipality. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the MRC de Bellechasse The municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the municipality, at its sole discretion, and the municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council. A tender guarantee of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the tender. Start date: 4 September 2023
