Scope:- Construction of a raised median along pine hills road from belco drive to bonnie brae circle and a 12 foot sidewalk along the east side of the roadway. In the alternative, a Certified Check, or a Cashier's Check shall be required to accompany each electronic offer in a stated dollar amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the sum of the total estimated contract amount for the base period. A Bid, Payment and Performance Bond are a requirement when the offer/contract amount exceeds $100,000. Respondents shall attach an electronic copy of their bid bond for responsiveness. Submission of the bid bond, along with a certified and effectively dated copy of the power of attorney, shall be completed and signed by all required parties and submitted on the form provided in the solicitation. Submittal of a bid bond less than 10% of the total estimated contract amount for base period, shall result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. The Board of County Commissioners will award a Contract to the low, responsive and responsible Respondent, price and other factors considered. The County will award one Contract for this requirement.
