Lawrence seaway authority act and herein acting and exercising its powers as an agent of her majesty in right of canada (hereafter referred to as "owner") invites you to submit a proposal for contract no 80346 / jacques-cartier bridge, consultant services inventory and master plans of structural elements (2023-2026), (hereafter referred to as << contract >>). for those who hold a subscription giving access to the Owner's requests for proposals on Merx: free downloading of the Request for Proposal Documents including the addendum automatic email delivery. The submission of a proposal constitutes an assertion that the proponent has read all Request for Proposal Documents and agrees to the conditions therein set forth. This Contract is covered by Chapter 5 Procurement of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and by Chapter 19 Government procurement of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement. Procurement strategy: proposal that represents the best overall value. No proposals received after the above closing date and time will be accepted. The time and date of receipt of the proposals will be deemed to be the date and time indicated on the email transmitted to the Owner. The Consultant may submit its proposal in either of Canada's two (2) official languages. The Owner does not bind itself to accept any proposal, notably if the Owner determines that it is not in the public interest to award the Contract. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
