As of July 10, 2023, the project has been awarded and construction is slated to begin next week and be completed by the end of November, 2023. Construction surveying, new sanitary sewer and water pipe, fiber optic connections, security cameras, site lighting, 21-car parking lot, restroom building, concrete sidewalk, bituminous trail and landscaping Site Directions: I-494 to Hardman Avenue, Exit 64A. North on Hardman Avenue S, East on Verderosa Avenue. Follow south under I-494 Bridge to project site adjacent to South St. Paul Community Gardens. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. 7.02 Addenda may be issued to clarify, correct, supplement, or change the Bidding Documents. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
