Pursuant to G.S. 143-129, interested parties are invited to submit sealed bids to accomplish "Asphalt Overlay" for the City of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. A five percent (5%) bid deposit is required and must accompany all bid proposals in the form of cash, certified check or cashier's check made payable to the City of Roanoke Rapids, or by a surety bond, as required by North Carolina law (G.S. 143-129). Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable statutes, regulations, etc., and those attached to and made a part of the bid. The City of Roanoke Rapids encourages the participation of minority and historically underutilized business enterprises. The City of Roanoke Rapids reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals.
