Ferguson Library - Phase 1 and 2 Roof Replacement Scope of Work: 1. Complete removal of the existing, low sloped, built-up roofing systems, including but not limited to associated flashings, built- up roof, perlite, insulation, vapor barrier, and metal flashings down to the deck; 2. Removal of asphalt shingles on shed roofs on the 1st Floor East and West Roofs; 3. Removal of the gutters and downspouts on the 1st Floor East and West Roofs; 4. Removal of translucent skylight panels on 1st Floor East and West Roofs; 5. Legally documented offsite disposal of all removed materials; 6. Installation of additional wood blocking under existing equipment; 7. Supporting the existing rooftop electrical conduit; 8. Removal/support, storage, reinstallation, and reconnection of existing rooftop HVAC equipment as necessary to install new roofing system; 9. Installation of new translucent skylight panels on the 1st Floor East and West Roofs; 10. Installation of new gutters and downspouts on the 1st Floor East and West Roofs; 11. Installation of a new, fully adhered EPDM roof system; 12. Installation of a new asphalt shingle roof system on shed roofs on the 1st Floor East and West Roofs; and, 13. Removal and replacement of existing roof drains and wall scuppers.
