Renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Hollins Clg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Athletics Expansion and Renovation, Hollins Universtiy, Roanoke, Virginia The Hollins University Athletics Expansion and Renovation includes the addition of an approximately 5,000 square foot enclosed space, as well as the remodeling and renovation of existing spaces. The proposed work would enclose an open-sided drive-thru drop-off lane under the existing building and pour a new floor over an existing slab. Two new sidewalks to connect the enclosed space and parking areas would be added, and a new sanitary lateral will be installed to serve the new space. New fan coil units will be connected to existing system, and new ductwork will be installed and connected to existing ductwork to supply remodeled and new spaces. Existing space will be remodeled to add three new locker room spaces, bathrooms and laundry rooms. There will be an alternate bid to add AC to the existing spaces.
