Site work for a water / sewer project in Asher, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Water System Improvements Rehabilitate Existing Water Storage Facilities Project to include sandblasting and painting the interior and exterior of two (2) water storage facilities along with miscellaneous repairs. The project also includes sampling for lead and removing and disposing of it in accor dance with state and federal guidelines if present. The deposit will be retained by the Owner as, and for, liquidated damag es in case the successful bidder fails to enter in said contract and furnish the required bonds provided for in the speciications within the time required. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding and the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act. Conditional bids shall not be accepted.
