All tenders received after the fixed time will be returned to tenderers unopened. This call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The City of Lac-Mégantic reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the tenders and incurs no liability with regard to the tenderer(s). The City of Lac-Mégantic reserves the right to disregard any minor irregularity in the tender documents. The City of Lac-Mégantic reserves the right to modify the quantities without recourse for the tenderer(s).
