Repair work on the tennis courts at Parc Horizon-Jeunesse, including but not limited to:
The repair of the acrylic coating, the paving and the upper part of the granular foundation of the tennis courts;
Replacement of the chain link fence, including posts and concrete bases;
Replacement of net posts, nets and other accessories;
The addition of drainage trench, perforated drain and storm sewer structures;
The supply and installation of street furniture;
Replacement of LED lighting fixtures;
And other related works This tender is subject to guarantee clauses (deposit). The City of Saint-Jérôme reserves the right to refuse the tender of a contractor, a service provider or a supplier who, during the two years preceding the date of opening of tenders , has been rated as unsatisfactory by the City. This call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The City shall not incur any liability for the fact that the written notices or tender documents & addenda conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, with SEAO, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders.
