Site work and paving for a road / highway in Harborcreek, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of April 6, 2022. Project has been awarded to Joseph McCormick Construction with the amount of $153,760.50 The Supervisors of Harborcreek Township, Erie County, Pennsylvania will receive bids for the Harborcreek Township 2023 Paving Project. The proposed work will consist of the milling and asphalt paving of approximately 2,670 feet of two lane roadway on Maple Grove Drive and Cherry Blossom Drive. Asphalt paving must be completed in a single pass without a centerline longitudinal joint or seam when feasible. A bid submitted without a Bid Bond will be rejected. Bidders are advised that Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are applicable to this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose name and address are on record with the Owner as having obtained the contract documents.
