Description: The Orchard Drive CRABS Reconstruction Project is a roadway project on Orchard Drive between Blue Lakes Boulevard and Madrona Street. This project includes the rehabilitation of approximately 1,510 feet of asphalt pavement on Orchard Drive from approximately 200 feet east of the Blue Lakes Blvd intersection to 40 feet east of the beginning of the concrete barrier near the Rock Creek embankment. The rehabilitation will include a five-inch asphalt concrete overlay on top of nine inches of Cement Recycled Asphalt Base Stabilization (CRABS), soft spot repair, and approach reconstruction.
