To establish a requirements contract for water testing services for Coffeewood Correctional Center. The purpose of this Quick Quote solicitation is to solicit bids to establish a requirements contract with one (1) Contractor that is Virginia Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program Certified (VELAP) by Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), using DEQ approved methods and reporting requirements and in compliance of the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR), to test wastewater samples for the Coffeewood Correctional Center Treatment Plant. The Contractor shall perform the following tests: 1. Carbonaceous Biochemical Oxygen Demand (CBOD) 2. Total Suspended Solids (TSS) 3. Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen (TKN) 4. Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) 5. Escherichia. Coli (100 ml) 6. Total Copper (Cu) 7. Total Zinc (ZN) 8. Chronic C. dubia 9. Chronic P. promelas 10. Toxicity (include shipping/courier) 11. Total Hardness as CaCO3 12. Nitrite (NO2) 13. Nitrate (NO3) 14. Total Phosphorus (TP)
