Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Augusta, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes the well abandonment and complete demolition and disposal of the contents and structures for Well #7 and Pumphouse #7. The scope of work includes all general, mechanical, and electrical demolition, including removal and salvaging of the well pump and accessories, and abandonment of Well #7. The pumphouse structure has been evaluated for lead, asbestos and other hazardous materials and the report of the findings is included in this specification. It is the Contractor's responsibility to follow the recommendations of the report and provide proper removal and disposal of all hazardous materials.
