Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Parks, Recreation, Trail Work, Stormwater Improvements, Paving (Trail Paving), Pedestrian Improvements, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Walkway/Passage/Corridor (Trail) This project shall consist of furnishing labor, materials, tools, equipment, utility and transportation services, insurance and everything necessary for the installation of: EST. QTY ITEM 4,320 LF 8 FT WIDE ASPHALT PATHWAY 20 LF FOOT BRIDGE WITH RAILING 70 LF 6 FT WIDE CONCRETE WALK W/ VERTICAL FACE CURB AND GUTTER EROSION CONTROL AND RESTORATION TRAFFIC CONTROL OTHER MISCELLANEOUS WORK INCLUDES CONCRETE HANDICAP RAMPS AND STORM SEWER. Should any question arise concerning the true meaning of the contract documents, the bidder may submit to the Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry, a written request for an interpretation thereof and so provided will be made in the form of an addendum, and either mailed or delivered to all bidders who may later receive contract documents. Any addenda issued during the time of bidding shall be included with the proposal and will become a part of the final contract. No oral statements shall be deemed changes in the contract documents.
