The North Hills School District ("District") invites vendors to submit proposals for developing a site for the replacement and repair of concrete in accordance with specifications and instructions set forth hereinafter and on all District Proposing documents. Proposal documents consist of the Invitation to propose, instructions for installation, proposal forms, drawings provided to contractors, and all addenda issued prior to the proposal opening. All such documents, the Purchase Order, and revisions issued prior to the execution of the contract are part of the contract under consideration. Any questions contact Kevin Swindell at (412)318-1049 A proposal is a complete and properly signed proposal to supply the products and perform the work for the sums stipulated therein, submitted in accordance with the documents. A contractor by making a Propose represents that he has read and understands the documents and that the proposal is made in accordance therewith, and that the proposal is based on the materials, equipment, systems, and performance required by the North Hills School District documents without exception. All prices and other terms of the Propose shall be firm for a period of 60 days from the date of the Propose opening. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, reject any non-responsive proposals, or reject a proposal which is in any way incomplete or irregular. It is the intent of the District to award the work to the lowest responsible proposal provided the Propose has been submitted in accordance with the Propose documents and does not exceed the funds available as determined by the Board of School Directors. The District will accept proposal based upon the total Propose price for each of the items specified. The District retains the right to waive informalities or irregularities in a Propose received and to accept the Propose which, in the District's sole judgment, is in the District's best interests. Payment shall be made as net 45 days from the later of the date of invoice or date of written acceptance by the District of completed installation unless otherwise agreed to in writing by an agent of the North Hills School District.
